The room at Swissotel was spacious and clean, with modern and stylish finishings. We were pleasantly surprised to find a complementary minibar and a tea and coffee station. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The location was super convenient, with a tram stop right outside the door, providing free public transport tickets. The underground parking was also very convenient. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the bar and tea garden. Despite a minor drawback with the bathroom and shower, we had a great stay overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent breakfast, good bar food selection. Beautiful building. OK coffee. Helpful breakfast staff, but language barrier with other staff members. Rooms are spacious with great views. Convenient location near the river and a short walk to the historical center. Free public transport pass provided. Modern, clean, and comfortable hotel.

We loved the spacious and modern rooms with wonderful views. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a fitness studio and a wellness area. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful historical center and with easy access to the city's main areas via tram. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Amazing view and nice staff. the location was excellent, with easy access to the tram. the breakfast had a good spread and the room was super clean.
Housekeeping was average, sometimes forgetting things. the beds were creaky and there were noisy guests next door that took multiple calls to resolve.

The hotel is conveniently located just across the bridge from the old town, offering a beautiful view of the city. It is easily accessible by tram, with the tram stop right in front of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, with soft and extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, including made-to-order egg dishes. The hotel also has a lovely pool with beautiful Koi fish, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere.
The hotel rooms could use some renovation, as they have an outdated decor and some guests find the lack of power outlets inconvenient.

We had a lovely stay here. The hotel is conveniently located just next to the tram stop, which makes it easy to get around. We also enjoyed being just across the river from Old Town, and being able to see the beautiful city view from our room. The staff at the reception desk were very hospitable and made us feel welcome. The room was well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed. We especially appreciated the in-room safe and flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the bar/lounge area and snack bar. a great stay and we recommend it for families.
